The Coaching Toolkit

What is the Coaching Toolkit?

At Twenty Twenty learning we provide a series of workshops which equip leaders in education, business and industry with the key skills to improve performance in a range of ways.

Our ‘Coaching Toolkit’ provides a comprehensive guide to every aspect of the coaching process; delegates will be empowered to to implement coaching in their day to day activities and understand its potential to impact positively in their own organisations. This one-day workshop approaches the ‘business’ of coaching from a number of perspectives seeking to equip individuals with knowledge, skills and experiences to ensure successful coaching practice within their organisation.

Why is coaching important?

Coaching is steadily becoming an essential tool in organisations’ learning and development toolboxes, and its use by leaders is set to increase even further in the future. Often seen as a ‘soft skill’ in the past, coaching is now throwing off this image and moving centre stage as its ability to bring about positive and lasting change in individuals, teams and organisations is proven.

We all recognise that people learn and perform best when they want to learn and perform. And, therefore, people are more likely to make and sustain change when it is a change they want to make. This fundamental link between managing performance and motivation cannot be underestimated; high quality coaching is the vehicle that brings the two things together. Individuals are empowered; value is added.

What can I expect?

This one-day workshop approaches the ‘business’ of coaching from a number of perspectives seeking to equip individuals with knowledge, skills and experiences to ensure successful coaching practice within their organisation.

Due to the personalised nature of the programme it is not possible to take more that 25 delegates on each workshop. However, the workshop can also be run in-house at your own establishment or a venue of your choice. Each delegate will receive a ‘coaching’ pack and have access to email support for six months following the course.

"Excellent, stimulating day. Fast-paced practical activities which focused on essential skills to take back into the workplace. An immensely valuable workshop."

Dympna Wilson, Senior HR Business Partner, Department for Work and Pensions
